Hi everyone,

I am a registered nurse with ~8 years of nursing experience. For the last 3 and a half years I have worked in a private dermatology practice. I love my job, but I especially love the excisions and assisting with complicated surgeries.

I would like to get into theatres as a scrub scout nurse.

How likely is a hospital to employ me with this experience? How do I approach this.
