We are a small business in Las Vegas with about 15 employees. We are a medical equipment store. We are trying to stray away from landlines and go to VoIP. We want the same experience with the landlines. We have 4 lines. Customers call the same phone number and it goes to 1 of the 4 lines. We need call forwarding for after hours calls or a feature where someone who calls after hours and they can records a message and it gets sent as a text to someone. Is there a company like that out there? Thank you.

I just received my license after graduating last year and i just got hired at a LTAC/SNF. Honestly I need some type of review because its been a year. Any resources I can use specifically for the facility im going to? Thank you.
