Autistic 32yo M and failing to have any social life for the past decade in NoCo

I'm on SSDI payments every month, rent, internet, phone all taken care of due to autism. I have been completely unsuccessful in finding a significant other, friends, or any form of community using social networking or online dating. What would actually help me is having the opportunity to interact with people that understand what autism and are ok with an autistic person being in their life. I'm simply permanently unequipped to operate well in bars and other typical meeting places which are fewer and fewer these days so other than the few random dates that lead nowhere from online dating, I have only talked to people behind counters and registers at stores or other random people I'll never see again. Meetup, Facebook, Instagram, and the other social networks simply do not work for me as I don't have whatever it is to attract people in those environments. Things usually go pretty well with people until I tell somebody I'm autistic and on disability.

I went to college and worked as a martial arts instructor, interior designer, truck driver, and dog trainer before I got on disability because I wasn't ever able work many places for very long after people would start telling the manager that I hated them because I wasn't always making eye contact and making facial expressions. After consistently being misunderstood no matter what, work simply wasn't possible.

I don't need random phone numbers, websites, or any form of impersonal professional, I need to be able to talk to human beings that actually want me in their life. Is there anything or anywhere you might know of that doesn't require me to jump through a bunch of hoops where I might find said people? I mainly need a significant other, I'm open to friends but I'm not very social in that way. I live in Loveland but I don't mind driving to most places in Colorado north of Denver. Please respond only if you understand and are ok with autistic people and them being in your life or if you are in contact with someone who is.
