[Routine Help] not happy with my skin

Not happy with my skin

Male, 22. My skin is mostly normal to dry/dehydrated. I’ve been consistent with skincare for a while now, but honestly I’m not seeing the results I expected, especially in terms of glow, texture, and overall skin appearance.
I also work overnight shifts on weekends, so my sleep schedule isn’t ideal. I usually get around 5–6 hours of sleep during the daytime and that’s probably going to continue for a while. I drink about 2–3L of water daily, eat pretty clean, and track my calories as well.
Current routine:

**AM**
CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser
SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Capsule Ampoule
CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion
Sunscreen daily

**PM**
CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser
The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toner (2–3x a week)
COSRX Snail 96 Essence
COSRX Advanced Snail 92 All In One Cream

I’m wondering if the issue is my routine/products, or if sleep and lifestyle are affecting my skin more than I think. Should I simplify my routine, switch/add products, or just stay consistent longer? Any advice from people with similar skin types would help.

How to get this Physique

I’m 22, 71kg (156 lbs), and 5’7”. I go to the gym 3–4 days a week and do trail cycling once a week.
My split is:
Day 1 – Biceps, Triceps, and Shoulders
Day 2 – Chest
Day 3 – Back
Day 4 – Quads, Hamstrings, and Calves
What do you guys think about this split for building muscle and staying lean? Any changes you’d recommend?
