Kumano Kodo trail advice and questions?
Hello lovely people!
I'm (30f) solo travelling to Japan end of August. Not only is it my first solo travel trip but it's also my first time travelling to Japan and so I'm feeling pretty nervous.
So my main worry is how efficient the luggage forwarding is in Japan when its not between the major cities?
I plan on doing just 3 days on the Kumano Kodo trail where I'll just take a light pack and carry what I need. I'll end at Katsuura and I'm staying at Hotel Urashima.
So my questions -
Does anyone know what luggage forwarding is like from Osaka to Katsuura? and
Will my hotel in Osaka organise it or will I have to use a specific service?
Any other advice or tips about the trail and travelling to/from and around the kumano kodo trail area would also be greatly appreciated.
