AIO? Missing payment for hours completed weeks ago
Is this normal with travel nursing/agencies?
I missed a clock-in for one shift 3 weeks ago and still haven’t been paid for it despite multiple follow-ups, signed manager verification, and paper timesheets. I keep getting bounced between payroll, my recruiter, and the facility.
They keep referencing Kronos but this facility doesn’t even use Kronos for to time keep and the platform they use, I don’t have access to. I also forgot my badge again this week, so now I’m stressed this is going to happen all over again.
I’m missing a significant amount from my paycheck and it’s honestly become exhausting trying to chase down payment for hours I already worked after completing night shifts. I’m across the country, trying to spend time with my family and instead I’m losing sleep over payroll issues.
Is this just part of being a traveler or is this more of an agency problem? and is this worth cancelling the contract over?
