New to Fasting
Hey guys, I stumbled upon this community recently and it’s been so motivating just seeing others fasting and gaining benefits from it with weight loss and health overall. I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes as of yesterday and I have to find a way to prevent further damage to myself. I know for a fact it’s due to soda, candy, fried food, all the crap diet that I normally consume so I’m going to make a change 100% in my life starting now. As of yesterday I’ve consumed only water, and roasted chicken. I’m wanting tips and general suggestions on intermittent fasting and even open to throwing a few longer fasts in here or there. What is the best way I can start this journey? I also noticed the magnesium and electrolytes being talked about so much, so how do I know how much to use and how to use them correctly? Thanks guys, sincerely…. A man who is making a life change for myself and my family.
