Am I paying way too much for necessary insurance?

Single man, 40s, took mortgage out on home in 2024. Live alone.

Coming up to renewing mortgage, but it's prompted me to look at the insurance I took out back then through a mortgage advisor.

I pay £45 for house insurance, £59 for life insurance (plus critical illness cover - I think), and £27 for income insurance. The life and income insurance is with Aviva.

I have a horrible feeling I've spent 2 years paying way more than I need to in terms of insurance. I've found cheaper quotes for the house insurance, but don't know where to start with the life/income, and fear I've been oversold by my mortgage advisor.

Any guidance will be very welcome.
