Business Harassment
My husband and I own a pub and have been receiving harassment since February. They have contacted multiple people who have shows at our pub telling them not to perform here, anyone associated with us is bad, for people not to come to our business, and personal attacks as well.
We have documented all posts and interactions we have been able to see.
We know this person is unwell and they have a reputation in our community already for doing this in the past to other people (they have burned a lot of bridges). We have not made a statement because we know they really don’t hold any weight, and it seems like it is pissing them off that we cut ties with them after trying to find resolution with them and that we haven’t publically said anything about them because we’re just not that type of people to had fuel to a fire.
But now we are starting to feel unsafe because they are unwell and we don’t know them well enough to not know that they wouldn’t come to our business and harm us.
Has anyone else had to deal with this and what were your next steps?
