multi clicks to get out of ads ARE the decision of AE.
i play a lot of games on my phone so see a lot of the same ads and ad groups (multiple ads at a time, 1 of 3, 60 seconds, etc) and the ONLY time i have to constantly click to progress to the next one or to even get out of them is when theyre playing through atlas earth.
at first i thought it was just a coincidence but its not. the same ads will play on a game just 10mins after i watch it on AE, but in the game i only have to click the "x" one time, i dont get redirected to the app store, i dont have to interact with the first 2 of 3 ads to get the rest of the string to play through. i just let the time run out, click the desginated "x" or "close" button, and carry on with what i was doing.
AE sets their terms for how their ads are run. this is just another example that makes that very clear.
