Uber in Taiwan
Is it easy to book Uber in Taiwan? I have a 10-hour layover in Taiwan for my US flight. I plan to leave the airport and explore around Ximending. Is it easy to book Uber if I will be going back to the airport like around 8 PM? Will I be able to make it on time for my 11:40 PM flight?
