I’m so stunned to see these terrible numbers. I want to blame it on the fact that I take very hot long baths multiple times a week, as well as 1-2 dry sauna sessions but am not sure if it would tank my numbers so low. Feeling completely lost. We are not trying for a kid for 2-3 years. I’ve also been considering Trt as I have symptoms but am now reconsidering.
