Tinkatear evolves when a tinkatuff has the absolute minimum friendship when it's trainer and it hits level 36

Tinkatear is a brutal, sadistic pokemon that revels in playing with it's victims, it's razor sharp claws tear through muscle in prey very efficiently, much faster and stronger than tinkaton this pokemon targets skarmory for food and feeds on it's iron using corrosive digestive fluids strong enough to melt titanium but not it's stomach.
