Advices, prep for aging

My beautiful girl Leia is turning 6 this year. So far no health issues but I want to anticipate the aging stage and prepare her and me lol

Previously I had a German Sheperd, Agara, and I know how tough is.

Does anyone have any tips? Exercise, food, supplements, etc?

Currently I am taking her to her yearly vet appointment, maybe will increase to 2x year.
And per her last visits we are doing a 2x eeekly 15 min session of red light on her legs and hips.

Edit: a call out is that we live in a 3rd floor so we use stairs min 2x per day or even more. About 35 steps.

FIRE from LATAM/MX

I would like to hear experiences of FIRE in LATAM or Mexico.

I am a 33F. Although i love my job and feel very privileged, I would prefer to retire early. I don’t see the point of the corporate ladder, I’m tired of AI, I can see myself doing multiple things besides a corporate job. With my partner we decided to Retire by 45y old and we working towards that.

But mostly of these posts are from a US perspective, which often are valuable but not 100% applicable for LATAM.

So happy to hear any histories!

Thanks.

Hi all,

I’m 32Fz

I was diagnosed with fibroids. I have small ones, 10 in total.

Biggest ones are about 2.6 to 1.9cms and are intramural. Some other are outside the uterus.

And an I have septum uterus.

I am seeking other medical opinion but wanted to ask here first: is it true that you can’t have vaginal birth when you have this surgery?

Tbh I have been in the fence about kids but feeling like I can’t makes me sad lol And If I decided to have kids, I would like to have vaginal birth. 🥲

Thanks
