35F How can I soften my features and look more conventionally attractive?

Looking for constructive advice. My current strategy is staring into the mirror and hoping for a software update, which hasn't worked so far. Lol. What changes would help soften my features and improve my overall appearance? I'm open to feedback on hair, makeup, styling, facial harmony, and presentation. Feel free to be as specific as possible. I'd rather hear actionable suggestions than ratings.
