I am dreaming to hunt a PhD funding at University of Melbourne. I have MBA (China) with 3.62/4. Few Scopus publications, recent one with one of Melbourne's faculty members in Q1 and I am the 2nd author. I'm working on another Q1 where I'd be first author.

Besides, I am preparing myself for IELTS but don't know what band should I target? And I have 1 year experience as RA to an associate professor, with TA certificate in research methodology subject.

What should I do from now to have high chances of securing, I mean I am worried and confused so much. Maybe I am getting too much pressure but any guidance/suggestion/recommendation would help me a lot.
