Heading into month 3- should I move from 2.5mg?

Hello! Firstly I want to say, I felt some real shame about taking this medication at the beginning, but I found this group by accident when googling things and I just have to say, the positivity here is so refreshing. Seeing all your comments and posts has reframed my mindset, so thank you all!

I have been on 2.5mg for 2 months and this week is ordering week and I am stuck whether to go up or not. I am early 30s female, who struggled massively with weight loss before this, but so far I have lost just over a stone in 2 months. I have had nearly 0 side effects, I find that I can still have the odd takeaway or night out (I inject Monday mornings) and I am way more in tune with my body, I realize now that I often times was eating to eat and not because I was hungry. My appetite suppression is manageable, Im not struggling to finish meals in the sense I feel ill all the time, I just find I lose interest in eating because I feel fuller much quicker.

I had thought for sure I would go up to 5mg this order time, because for the last two weeks I thought I had plateaued, I was hormonal and bloated but having weighed myself yesterday I still lost weight. If I am still losing weight, still feel some suppresion and have 0 symptoms should I stay on 2.5mg? I asked the mybmi docs and they basically said to do whichever I liked.

Any advice would be great, I have no one irl to ask or talk about this with. Thank you!
