Hi! I’m a bit confused about the shuttle bus service. Will the Huntington shuttle only pick riders up from the Huntington LIRR station and drop them off at 179th Street? Or will it make stops along the LIRR route like the train does, such as Hicksville, Mineola, and New Hyde Park?
What happens now? Do negotiations resume on Monday? Or would they possibly also negotiate over the weekend as well? I hope the union gets what they want but I also hope trains start running again by Tuesday.
So apparently the LIRR will be going on strike potentially this Saturday. Has anyone heard anything from Baruch regarding final times being adjusted? I saw Brooklyn College will change 8am finals to 6pm instead.
If the LIRR does go on strike starting May 16th, how long do we think this will last for? Kids have finals starting May 16 as well.
