Hey guys, I live in yrh and I would love some opinions. I know couples fight but my neighbour (m) yells so loud at his partner it’s genuinely scary to hear. His voice is so booming it actually makes me feel scared. It’s never at night, only mid day but can I report this for noise complaint or should I just leave it?
