Guys I got a TOL for GS5 but i qualify for GS7, on discussion with my HR contact i realized the transcript I uploaded is missing my conferral, its missing a page. The application closed a while ago. Will they let me fix this error so I can be paid properly? Anyone have experience with this?

Hi i had an interview for SSA Claims Specialist GS -07 position on June 23 at my local office, June 24 the hiring manager called me to tell me I was being referred to HR. Nothing since then.
Does anyone have any advice on how long it may take to see a TOL and should I reach out to HR? Or just wait and trust the process
Cant get a hold of someone when calling in, every time the music stops too. Anyone else having these troubles, and i stay on hold for hours
Do yall have to call in to get results if you are not BQ, seems like from what im reading all the BQs see it on their portal and everyone else has to call in
