Need advice for a squeaking sound while turning handle bar

Just got my motorcycle honda click 125, there's a squeaking sound in the handle bar, it's not loud and it doesn't have any play, I can't hear it while driving, just while turning the handle when parked, is it normal? or should I get it checked?

Need your advice in filling up occupancy requirement

hello guys, I'm a new CE, my first experience is in private as site engr.Due to some family drama my uncle asked me to fill up requirements for occupancy permit. I just wanna ask if this sheet will be filled up daily or is there some kind of loophole? If daily, my concerned since the construction takes 6 months to finish, so should I do the 180+ days daily construction log or what?
