Hey everyone,

I’m considering moving to NYC and trying to figure out the best neighborhood to live in with a budget of around $4,000/month for rent.

I’ll likely be working in Manhattan, so commute matters, but I also want an area that feels safe, lively, and enjoyable to live in day-to-day. I’m open to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or even nearby areas if the value is much better.

Do you guys think I can find a furnished home with this budget and where should I live?

I’d really appreciate local opinions.
