Fresh Grad + New to work
Hiii! i am an accounting staff and fresh graduate. New to this work and marami pa bago sa akin. They assigned 2 clients to me and yung isa is gawa ko talaga lahat esp when month end while the other client naman more on AP side ako. Nakakaya ko naman and naclose ko siya for almost 5days since small client lang naman. Im a bit anxious about my work since gusto ko maging regular here dahil ang ganda ng environment and sweldo. But there are times na feel ko ang tanga tanga ko dahil may mga errors ako (minimal lang naman and nacchange pa siya) is this normal?
How many months bago kayo nakapag adjust during your first months? ilang clients ba ang normally binibigay sa new hires + fresh grad
Do you have any advice paano makapag adjust?
Please dont hate me sa pag ooverthink since bago lang talaga ako here and i want to hear your sides/opinions/comments
