i had a sudden feeling of a vertigo like symptom and about a week and a couple days in i got pain and slight bleeding in my lower left wisdom tooth which has been growing in in recent days ive been feeling more sinus pressure and neck stiffness feel the pressure in that part of my jaw and since the pain and bleeding has stopped since a few days ago, i got quite worked up over it because i wasnt sure what it was and ive had anxiety and sleep deprivation, feeling better now yet still sleep deprived ive asked for an appointment with my dentist to get an xray. any advice or reassurance and or questions are deeply appreciated thanks

suddenly felt a slight dizzy or vertigo floaty feeling one day that never faded, two weeks later felt sinus pressure in ears and nose. this has kept me up at night causing sleep deprivation like insomnia and had me feeling paranoid, anxious and extremely worried because ive seen a doctor and spoken to multiple doctors on the phone and they cant give me exact answers all in all its been nearly 3 weeks
