Has anyone received an Amazon gift card after the order stayed "Pending"?

redeemed a ₹1,500 Amazon India gift card through Microsoft Rewards. The verification completed, my points were deducted, and the order now shows Pending.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so:

How long did it stay pending?

Did you eventually receive the gift card, or was it cancelled and the points refunded?

Just trying to know what to expect. Thanks!
