Struggling to get ID to apply for TFN, DL, etc.
All i have for id atm is a Birth Certificate and a medicare card. My dad took too much time to help me get my TFT and other ids in time, so now my Student ID has expired. To apply for a tfn i need 1 or 2 Category A doc (Drivers license, birth cert, passport or 18+ card) or 1 or 2 Catecory B documents (Student ID, Medicare Card, Proof of age card). (bold is what i do have)
I still have my student id, but it expired in december and it is now may, so i doubt they will take that. So my only options is to get a drivers licence or any proof of age card, but i need 3 Evidence of identity to get both things. So im stuck in a loop. To get a TFN i need my drivers license or 18+ card as my 3rd piece of identity. However, to get my drivers license i need a 18+ card, but to get a 18+ card i need a drivers license.
I saw on the TFN application that i can get a guardian to apply on my behalf, however, it still reuqires me to provide 3 of my own documents, but also my parents 3 documents or tfn, plus proof of guardianship. So im still stuck at not being able to provide 3 of my own documents.
