The color could be better I know, getting a great deal but heard Dave Ramsey talking about not buying an ugly house.

Makes the room feel dark…any ideas?

Trying to keep the house original but I may consider ripping it out and doing picture frames

Is this ejector pump missing a vent? Or could the drains be vented somewhere before the ejector pump?
