Senior Designer needing to convince a company that I can do a junior designer job. Tips and advise

I am a Senior Multi-disciplinary Graphic Designer (25+ years of experience) with expertise in branding, packaging, print production, digital marketing, motion graphics, short-form video reels, and retail merchandising, with photography/video, and website design, I have an interview for a junior position requiring a quarter of my skill set with just 2 years experience required. It has been brought up multiple times in the interview, that I should know this is a junior position. Without telling them, I am desperate and will take anything at this stage, how do I convince them I am a fit for this job. Do they hesitate because they know you are over qualified or? My background shows I stay in jobs for many years, just not sure what angle I need to convince them that I plan on staying and investing and growing with the company?
