I'm stuck on Walter for 3+ months now but I think I'm starting to understand this battle now, I end up playing some other stuff and forgot how this game worked
I'm stuck on Walter for 3+ months now but I think I'm starting to understand this battle now, I end up playing some other stuff and forgot how this game worked
Both want to become human but one is due to genuine love for humanity and it's culture while the other is more out of spite for a person she hates,Ariel and Angela are also both curious about the human world but Angela do this more out of self discovery and amendment of past harms, while the other is out of pure and innocent curiosity
And not only Ariel has a much easier time becoming human, she also has a great life on land, living in a castle as a princess.but Angela spends much of the game stuck in one place due to the AI ethics amendment and she struggles a lot for her "pair of legs" so to speak, only to be rewarded with what? One of the most miserable settings in gaming?
She is also never granted her love for Ayin like the og little mermaid, etc
it gives me lots of fun ideas
I didn't remember bebe/Charlotte being there at all ,or the priest from the law of cicles being able to Jojo stand their witches, but most importantly I didn't remember homura becoming a witch, being saved by Madoka and then denying her solely because she was a selfish dick, but I did remember her becoming a demon, and also that duel she have with mami because it's COOL AF.
Not remembering stuff like this is weird to me because I vividly remember that I thought this movie was so good as a kid, to the point of hyperfixating on it and creating a bunch of fanfics and AUs inside my head that I still think about to this day
I think what happened is that I probably got lost in the thousands of stories and ocs that where stuck in my head because of it, until my brain created a fake version of this movie with fake memories(kinda like homura ❤️),but now that most of that junk is outside my head and now just a collection of failed projects and broken dreams,I could finally see this movie with a clear mind now, probably for the first time
Can't say if I prefer the fake rebellion in my head or the real rebellion tho
I think this is probably the end of the series,so I'm curious if it will completely end the cicle of suffering of being a magical girl or will leave it open like the others?
Like,I would imagine their ultimate goal would be to avoid that magical girls ever get created in the first place, and find another way to feed the universe and avoid it's destruction, but would this end the suffering or just transfer to another group of people?
I imagine it will end kinda like neutral ending of smt5,where they apparently ended the cicle of suffering and is even cut to all the characters in adult forms, but that they really didn't end it just delayed it from happening again,or maybe like,Madoka and Homura coming to terms after their brake up in rebellion and trying to recreate the world from scratch with another less painful system?
Also it's been 10+ years since I last saw rebellion and and Haven't finished magia record yet so sorry if I said any nonsense
Asking this cause I remember the og anime being pretty Grimm as a kid but apparently it's more hopeful then I remember? Will definitely rewatch rebellion too
I tried but I really can't get into ruina, limbus, the city, fixers, sinners or whatever the hell pm is all about these days, with is weird cause they are much more beloved then lob corp ever was but whatever
I miss this game I want to replay it in the most painful way possible
