What's an good opening for someone who wants a reliable setup with some semblance of winning chances?

So I'm ~1270 elo chess.com rapid (I've moved to lichess but I'm still working on moving my rating to where it's supposed to be) and I currently play the jobava London, and it's wonderful. When I get d4 d5 nc3 nf6 bf4. You would think an opening that (for the most part) only requires a pawn on d5 and a knight on f6 from black would come up a lot. It does not. And I know that just means I can take advantage of their inaccurate move, but I would still like some idea of a setup or plan to play for.

I know that setup-based openings tend to not have the highest winning chances (e.g the London or colle system) so I'm not asking for +0.9 in 5 moves, but I would like (if possible) some opening with some plan of playing.
