Does the life experience essay have to be about yourself or can i speak about my experience from what I learned about others?

Hi Guys,

So some PA programs require a letter from a MD, PA, or DO. i got one from an MD and on CASPA I put the first and last name of the doctor but I didn’t put (Dr.) next to the first name. Will this affect me for the schools that do require a letter from a MD, PA or DO ?
