how do i grow buff arms as a girl?
hi! i've already been working out but i've been doing only 4 workouts 3 times a week for a bit and i just wanted to see if this was enough, i used to follow a different workout with like 30 but it's the same muscles do i need to do 10 workouts for each muscle??
right now this is what im doing:
21s x2
skull crushers 11x2
bottom to midway curl till failure
midway to top curl till failure
pushups till failure
im a girl so i know it will take while, and i've been tracking protein but is this workout enough?
