how can i gain weight with extreme fast metabolism
i am f51🔄️ and i weigh around 45kg/7 stone at 169cm or 5′8. i recently went to the doctors and i have only gained 1 kilo in a whole year but i want to gain at least 10kg i am just skin and bone and no matter how much i eat i dont gain any weight. people ask me all the time how i eat so much but gain so little. whenever i google how to gain weight as a fast metabolism person it just says to change your diet, eat more nuts and whatnot but that doesnt do anything for me. i would go to the gym to gain some muscle but i cannot afford it. i heard that anore**c people with a fast metabolism end up getting a slow metabolism from st*rving themself so i tried to do that but it didnt work out because i just got way to hungry. any suggestions will help im tired of being bullied at school and being called a skeleton.
