My name is Geoffrey Okelo, and I am a Doctoral Candidate of the Regulatory and Quality Sciences program at the University of Southern California, the Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. I am conducting a research study to gather industry perspectives on the critical elements for regulatory submissions that lead to the faster acceptance and quick approvals of abbreviated new drug applications (ANDAs).
I am recruiting individuals who meet these criteria:
You are over 18 years old.
Hold professional responsibilities involving regulatory, scientific, legal, policy, or compliance matters related to generic pharmaceuticals.
Have a minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in the generic pharmaceutical sector, working with ANDA dossier preparation, review, or submission.
If you decide to participate in this study, you will be asked to do the following activities:
Complete an online survey for 20 minutes
Respond candidly, as your candid responses are essential to ensure the validity of this research.
If you do not want to answer a question, you can skip it.
During these activities, you will be asked questions about:
Demographic questions such as your geographic location, experience.
Failure of generic drug regulatory submissions to receive first-time approvals or even undergo review;
ANDAs submission-related challenges; and,
ANDAs review-related complexities and inconsistencies
