Hello all, even though I reached 0 extension, I had a weird feeling in my reconstructed knee and I wasn't able to get 0 specifically after excercising. After getting a MRI done I had a pretty decent 2.4cm x 2.4xm cyclops lesion removed today. I am wondering what are the immedidate steps for recovery. I was able to walk immediately after surgery with a limp. My doctor just said to move around a bit until PT in 2 days but honestly found this pretty vague. Could someone tell me what they did IMMEDIATELY after surgery and their overall recovery process post op?
