What's the worst record you can have and still win a championship? I found out.
After finding out the 2026 Cavs had the worst record ever for a team to eliminated in the ECF (8-10), I went down a rabbit hole and compiled every best/worst possible playoff record scenario dating back to 1984 (when the 4-round format started). Here are the results.
