Looking for feedback and advice
There's an old building on my property and I'm thinking about gutting it and renovating, I like the sketch I drew up but, well, I'm not a professional by any means, and I dunno how functional my layout would be.
The house is only 18 by 24 ft so there's not a ton of room to waste. It's only 1 story but it's got high ceilings and I *might* be able to squeeze in a small loft, but not 100% sure
