Hi guys .

I have sulfure dysbiosis with bilophila and desulfuromonas and I started to take lactoferrine 500mg once a day , it’s been 10 days now since I am taking it and begin suddenly to have diarrhea that smells like rotten eggs and itchy red bumps on all my belly . Is it a Die off don’t know what to do
