
Paddle customer support
I got my first SaaS app all ready to go.
Tested and working on sandbox.
Lovable has all the live keys and is telling me it is all configured properly. Everything on my Paddle dashboard is showing active. My products, my webhooks, my API.
But when I go to do a live subscription test, I keep getting this message and I have no idea why.
I've reached out to customer support explaining everything. That was 5 days ago and still no response even though I have since followed up.
I was originally setup with Stripe, but then I read that Paddle handles MoR and all of the tax related stuff that comes with it so I made the switch now before the very real possibility of having to do it after getting users onboard because that would have been a mess.
My app is ready to go. It's live and I already have my marketing plan in place. This is literally the only thing holding me up right now and now I am here stuck waiting on Paddle. It is extremely frustrating.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
This is all new territory for me unfortunately.
