Does anyone here worry about EMF exposure from AirPods?

I’ve been using AirPods for years and really like the convenience, but I’ve recently gone down the rabbit hole of reading about electromagnetic frequency (EMF) exposure from Bluetooth devices.
I know Bluetooth is low power, and I’ve also seen plenty of sources saying there’s no convincing evidence that devices like AirPods pose a health risk. On the other hand, there are people who argue that wearing a transmitter inside your ear for hours every day hasn’t been studied enough over the very long term.
I’m not looking to start a conspiracy debate—I’m genuinely curious what other AirPods users think.
Do you have any concerns about long-term EMF exposure?
Has anyone found any high-quality research that changed your mind one way or the other?
Or do you think the risk is essentially negligible compared to everything else we’re exposed to every day?
Interested in hearing both sides, especially if you’ve looked into the science.
