Graduated with a 2:2

Hi there I just graduated this summer with a 2:2 in accounting finance amd economics got a 2:1 in my final year but had family issues in year two which affected the grades I got in second year which led to me resitting 3 modules and as to why I got a 2:2 in second year. Some people have told me that this grade drastically limits my option in employment and it would be extremily difdicult for me to find a Job in accounting or finance. I have come here to ask how true is that even though I got first class for a good amount of my other modules and narrowly just missed out on a 2:1 will they just see that 2:2 and dimiss me.
