Smoked Char Roe
I was given a tin of smoked char roe today and want to figure out best uses. I know it’s good with crème fraiche or even just a bagel with cream cheese, but what are other some other relatively simple ways to utilize this? I have limited cooking equipment at home, so I can’t do anything too extravagant. It’s also already thawed, so I need to use it soon.
Some family members are bringing nice steaks over on Sunday, maybe I could work it into a surf & turf type thing? Heading to the farmers’ market tomorrow morning to see if anything gives me any creative inspiration.
