I’ve been trying to learn harder techniques this year - I am working my way through a brain games sudoku book from a bookstore and turning to sudoku-solutions when I need a hint.

I have run into two puzzles so far that it refuses to offer a hint or how to solve. This is one of them, please halp! 🙏 what am I missing? What should I do next?
