Do any commercial brands actually have healthy snacks?
I’ve been thinking about this lately. Do any commercial brands, particulaly Britannia actually have healthy products?
Mostly because I have so many of their things at home. It’s one of those brands you grow up with, so you don’t really question it, you just have their biscuits lying around at any given time.
But when I started looking at it properly, I realised how many "healthy" categories they actually cover. There are everyday biscuits then options like nutrichoice that are positioned a bit differently. Same with bread, there’s white, whole wheat, multigrain.
On one hand, there are these different variants that seem more balanced or everyday-friendly. On the other hand, they’re still packaged, ready-to-eat foods that we consume pretty casually.
So I’m not really sure how to look at it.
Are these “healthy options,” or just different kinds of convenient choices?
Curious how others think about this, do you actually consider any of these products healthy, or just part of a regular routine?
