when it comes to segregation of duties, IS auditor will suggest to have a better process more than adding a staff.

when it comes to IT auditor incompetent of performing a task in IT audit you recommend a different hire for the task instead of getting trained before you start an audit?

I am planning to give CISA soon, I am currently using Hemang Doshi's material, is it sufficient to pass? Do i also require ISACA Q&E? what are your thoughts? some ppl say HD material was enough.
