[Head Help] How to draw 3/4 angle + slightly tilted down head.

This week, I am practicing head + face. My question is for skilled artists that can draw head.

Straight head tilted up, down, a bit to left, and to the left/right is OK, but I couldn't do head go to any sides + tilted up/down. It'll ended up looking off, or I accidentally draw it not tilted down/up at all.

My question: How do I do rough guideline for tilted left/right + up/down head & face?

How I draw head currently: imagine a 3D ball(cranium ball) with a mask attached to it, then I do the longitude and latitude like earth because I imagine the globe/sphere shape, I notice the jaw and forehead is always connected, and there's also 120° angle, kind of like showing how the jaw dissapears from hidden side of face. Then, facial features starting from nose.

Here's one of my practice drawing: 3/4 angle + slightly tilted down head. First picture I accidentally make it just 3/4 angle, and the second picture, I think it looks better than before, I tilted it down slightly.

I cannot show the reference picture because it's my own face.

Context:

For context, I've started to learn how to draw again, but this time, I want to learn the basics so I can hopefully, one day, draw or visualise what I had in mind. I grew up reading comics, nowadays, of course, webcomic since lots of things are digital now. I love comics so much I think I can read it till I got old later in life.

With that, I started learning how to draw a week ago, on Sunday midnight. It's the second week now!! Of course, some days I only practice little to almost none, some days, I did repetitively + listen to songs. I started with "gesture drawing" because it helps to understand a bit about how our body naturally moves, the posture, the energy, what looks natural. Then, naturally, I went to "construction". With lines, and the head, torso, and pelvis, I need to draw shapes of each (basic)part of the body too. Connect them all. I skipped muscles for now because it's overwhelming.

I often use my own body as reference. I took pictures of myself a lot lately, mostly doing poses, and various head position.

Going back to my main motive, comics usually show upper body more. So, I practice full body less(for now) so I can focus more on head + face, shoulders, and the arms and basic hands. I felt slow, but it's still progress.
