Chances of getting in with 3.47gpa

For context my first year gpa- was significantly hindered due to both my grandparents dying during exam seasons in both semesters which caused me to be Ina dark place. My years are 2.5,3.48,3.92,3.95

With these grades can I get into any schools? I also took MCAT and got 520 130 cars. Do I have a shot at Ireland? Do I have a shot anywhere else?

I have 2 years researching in biomechanics lab,

Hours volunteering at hospital with different patients who have neurological diseases,

volunteering with a physio group for placement course-400 hours

1000 hours of volunteering with deaf community of Canada and also teaching sign language to people,

Working on project for 3 years in community to bring low income kids and people together

Also volunteering at indigenous hospital-400 hours

What are these marks and textures

I am on my 6th month of accutane- 10mg,20mg,30mg,40mg,70mg,70mg(in progress)

I have also been using alzaic acid for the past week at night because my skin has not been really dry so my derm prescribed it to me.

I have noticed that my cheek area has really bad texture and lots of visible pores kind of scaly looking. I also just recently got these small red dots all over my temple area(third picture). Does anyone know how to get rid of this bad texture and what these small red dots are?
