Hi all

I've been supplementing with zinc 10mg for 8 months and 2 years with vitamin b1

I just took my blood pressure last week and it was high after

I stopped both supplements now and I hope bp goes down

Doctor wants to give me bp meds next week if my numbers dont go down

Anyone else had this issue before?
