Hi all,

Just wanted to check if anyone here has successfully appealed the BTO/SBF wait-out period or the 1-year wait-out penalty.

I’ve heard approvals are quite rare unless there are strong/exceptional reasons, so I’m trying to understand what actually worked in real cases.

What was your situation?

What reasons did you give?

Did you go through MP or directly to HDB?

How long did it take to get a response?

Also curious if anyone got rejected — what reasons did HDB give?
