Hi, I work in Manhattan Beach. Looking to move by September. First time living by myself, so I'm thinking about things early. I have a budget <$2500 for base rent. My only requirements are garage parking, in-unit laundry, and in a safe area with convenience (close to grocery, pharmacy, etc.) Don't care too much for nightlife and such.

I don't mind if it is a studio or 1b. I'm also okay with a <30min commute. Can I find a place like this? What areas should I look at? I'm a younger woman who will be living by herself.
